Dr. Björn Holste
Managing Director & Founder
Dr. Björn Holste forms the strategic foundation of our team. With over 20 years of experience in the international top-tier financial industry (including as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Partner at UBS Sauerborn) and a background as an industrial engineer, he understands the economic drivers and investment structures across all asset classes. As Professor of Business IT, Lecturer at Frankfurt School of Finance, and listed expert at the European Commission, he has a robust European network in industry and research. He directs our expertise in Data Science, AI, blockchain applications, and the analysis of sustainability and climate risks.
Niels Schöber
Managing Director & Founder
Niels Schöber is the technological architect ensuring agile implementation. He bridges the crucial gap between economics and computer science, sharpened through international experiences in Singapore and the USA. As an "Early Adopter" with profound, applied expertise in cryptography, AI frameworks, and blockchain technology, he is the driving force behind our innovative power. He is responsible for rapid prototyping and technical conception – from complex industrial applications to pioneering tokenization of physical and digital assets.
Together, we form the intersection of strategy, finance, and "Deep Tech". We don't just analyze – we implement.
